I hope it's a great one wherever you are and whatever you wind up doing. I don't know about you (or yee, as it were), gang, but I am kinda excited to see a weekend roll around that doesn't include a manic holiday tucked within it. I still have plenty of stuff to do -- as loyal readers of this recently spotty blog know so well by now -- but it just seems quieter without the idea of a holiday thrown in. And I am really looking forward to that.
Yes, we already had our first snow, so that was pretty. However, it came after I had already decided to start taking down some of the Christmas lights. The tree was (is) still up so I hurried to get that turned back on while the snow was falling!! Tried to make it an official "white Christmas" -- better late then never. Still, I'm ready to move on into 2012. Snow or no snow.
(And I don't want to get all feisty and political right now, because I'm in a really sweet mood this morning, but YAY for America now that Michele Bachmann is officially out of the fucking race!!)
