Probable new trial for the West Memphis 3

I'm guessing that under any circumstances at all, they will be relieved to be freed, but here are 2 sentences that stick out:
"An agreement has been reached to release two of the 'West Memphis 3'..."
"The three convicted men will admit guilt to the crime, and two will be released with time served, say sources. "
I guess we'll see, gang. They're supposed to get a new trial.
