To me, that is! Yippee ki yi yay!! I am 51 years new today!

Thanks to all my amazing friends who are sending me e-wishes even as I post this. What a wonderful morning it is over here, gang. I will post more in detail over the weekend. But for now, my delightful muse, Valerie, sent over these photos from over 20 years ago (!!) and what a lovely blast from my past they are. They are filling my heart with joy & memories and I wanted to share. (Who knew I had SO MUCH brown hair before all this grey stuff materialized??)

Valerie took this photo of me at Coney Island. (I remember this day like it was yesterday, gang. For those of you who don't know New York, Coney Island is right on the Atlantic Ocean -- it's an amusement park and a beach.):



And here I am with "the girls" -- I won't name all these women b/c I don't want to invade their privacy, but I remember them all very well; incredible memories. Valerie is the woman with the AMAZINGLY beautiful smile, right in the middle of the photo. We were having a great summer afternoon, hanging out in Val's place in Brooklyn. This is the late 80s.
