A few months back, I posted about starlings and about how they tend to fly -- in those amazing formations -- around the freeways here. And about how hard it is to keep your eyes on the road when they're doing that incredible stuff in the sky and you're driving at 70 MPH...

Well, Friday, I was driving down this stretch of city road where it's 50 MPH, so I was going at a nice little clip, with all the windows rolled down. The sun was shining and the sky was incredibly blue, with no clouds at all. And then a small flock of starlings, flying in formation, swooped across the front of my car. Right over me, flying relatively low, weaving among themselves and creating one of their patterns. Their energy flew over me as my energy flew into theirs.

It was the most incredible feeling, gang. I'm one of those people who has spent decades honing and developing my psychic sensitivity. So those "channels," as it were, in my brain are always wide open. Even though the sensation was fleeting, psychically I could feel their complete joy, the elation of what they were doing. The flock definitely felt like one connected unit of energy; not just a bunch of separate birds, you know?

What an amazing feeling. It really seemed that if you could somehow remain inside that energy, your mind would certainly take flight right along with them & just soar. It was really pretty glorious.
