I don't want to say this too stridently, or anything, because I don't want to turn around and have a fucking drought by August or something like that, but come on!! Enough with the rain already!

Our gorgeous weekend was supposed to start TODAY, gang. I realize that it is only 8 AM and that there are still plenty of hours ahead in which the gorgeousness can get underway....but I guess I just wanted to sort of non-stridently get it "on the record," as it were, that while I realize that rain is a miraculous and amazing life-giving kind of thing, so is SUN.

And it's a HOLIDAY WEEKEND here in these United States. So come on. Give us some SUN again. (Perhaps we can coax it here with snacks!)
