Lammy finalists announced!
Okay, gang, here is the complete list of Lammy finalists for the 2010 awards. Winners will be announced in NYC in late May.
Freak Parade didn't make it to the final round -- curious lack of hardcore erotica among the titles that have finaled! Oh well. Sorta saw that coming from a mile away once I saw the category filling up with "literary" bisexual fiction, but maybe one day there will be a special separate category for bisexual erotic fiction! You never know! I'm not going to crusade for it, or anything. It would just be neat to see it happen.
In the meantime, good luck to all the incredible finalists.

I am currently reading Maxine Hong Kingston's memoir, I Love A Broad Margin to My Life. What a gorgeous use of the English language, gang. Just breathtaking.
