Happy snow & ice day!!
We actually got lucky in my end of town -- the ice didn't affect us too much. But there were something like 60,000 people in other parts of the region with no power, etc.
By "no power" I don't mean anything heady or spiritual, I mean "electricity"! ha ha ha.
The update is that EVERYTHING is done and turned in on the Valentino novel. To celebrate, I got a Lord Peter Wimsey DVD from the library. (BBC adaptation of those great British murder mysteries from the 1920s by Dorothy L. Sayers.) A perfect movie to watch while the snow comes down.
Remember that dating site that had an erroneous listing for me that handsome (and really rich) men were answering? (see odd post from sometime in January)
Well, after one hundred men replied to my alleged "ad", I actually filled out my real profile to see what would happen if men had any clue what I might actually be about (other than bisexual and interested in men between the ages of 18 & 75!! Jesus. Too funny.)
Well, they keep on replying. They keep managing to be very good-looking, too, and only from my favorite cities. Well, actually today someone from Dallas wrote to me.
I don't answer any of these inquiries because I don't belong to the site. I can't answer them!! It costs too much money. It is so fucking interesting, though. I'll keep you posted...
Meanwhile, it's time for a little yoga then back to the DVD!! Hope you're enjoying the weather whatever it's doing wherever you are!
