1 for Alice in Wonderland. (Yay!!!)
1 for The Tourist. (Okay, well, sure, I'll accept that!! Yay.) (To clarify that: there was absolutely nothing wrong with his character in The Tourist b/c obviously, I love him in everything he does; it's just that the Mad Hatter was such a phenomenal character; what an achievement. It's hard to think of those characters even being in the same universe.)
Both in the comedy or musical category.
Angelina Jolie was also nominated for The Tourist -- I think in the eye make-up category...
and Danny Elfman was nominated for his soundtrack for Alice in Wonderland which, in my humble opinion, truly, truly rocks, gang. Yay.
