I've got a chunk of editing to do for another writer, and then some writing of my own to do. But other than that, it's a lovely rainy, chilly weekend in October here. What could be better?!! When I'm not in front of the laptop, I'm in front of the DVD player in the bedroom with a cat or two or three, reliving the glorious 1920s -- this time by watching all 11 episodes (about 2 hours per episode) of this bit of wonderfulness :



Yay!! It's too perfect, gang -- what a weekend! (I cannot believe it's been nearly 30 years since this incredible show aired. Where the heck does the time go??? This is getting ridiculous!)  However, that aside, I must say that life is quite rapidly getting pretty splendid around here. Solitude and October, I think, are going to go pretty darn well together. I'm in bliss, gang. And feeling pretty darned blessed all the way around!
