A happy, lovely Monday, gang!

Well, that's an interesting typo down there in the post from May 6th. Nice to know it's been hanging out there in plain sight for about 5 days already. Sorry about that! Naturally, that should read: "long time, NO see..."  ah well.

Hope everyone had happy Mother's Days wherever they were yesterday. Over here, we hung out with Mom and ate way too much stuff than we should have, including chocolate pie. But oh well. Mom's day only comes once a year, right? Then we have 364 other days to eat right and work out. So onward.

Guess what??? My roses are blooming!! The old roses (red) and the new roses (pink). I took a couple photos of the pink roses last evening and -- since I am such a whiz with a camera! -- I also accidentally took a photo of the pine tree in the little park next door to me! So, in honor of this lovely Spring day we've got going on around here this morning,  I regale you with a couple of the exciting photos right here!!
