Well, sorry, gang. I thought I was going to maybe post here at least once in the past week, but I never found enough time to do that. It was a busy week. We did manage to see Coco Before Chanel, which was good but not as great as I had hoped it would be. The cinematography was gorgeous, as were the costumes, and the acting. But there was something missing in the story -- not sure what it was, really. Maybe it jumped from obscurity to the final "fame" stuff too rapidly. But then the movie probably would have been way too long.

But onward. I am very eager to see Coco Chanel & Igor Stravinsky but I'm not sure when/if it will be playing around here. Not that I am some huge Chanel fan -- I'm not.  I just love this particular era in European history. (And I love the perfume Coco by Chanel.) (That's a subtle Christmas hint, gang, so hop to it!)

Next in line is Precious. I think I'm going to skip Antichrist -- we'll see if I survive Precious first! Then I guess I'll decide. After that, it'll probably be a lot of Christmas junk on into the New Year! We shall see!
