I don't think it's going to be a vacation, per se; it's more like a whirlwind tour of "face-time" with writers/producers/agent and then Palm Springs for a night and a day. Then a flight out of LAX at before dawn -- that's the part I'm really gonna love, I'm sure.

Meanwhile, my lilacs, my most favorite things in the universe, are threatening to bloom at any moment!! I hope they will wait until I come home!! (Yes, they are in the "dooryard" and yes, I am corny enough to read Walt Whitman every April when the lilacs are blooming. I simply can't help it. It's either part of my charm, or part of what helps me be super annoying -- it's your call!)
