Writer/editor Catherine Lundoff announces:
"Tune in Thursday, Jan. 29, 7:45PM EST, to the League of Amazing Paranormal Women blogtalk radio show. I'll be on talking about ghosts and other paranormal things. There's a chat room on the site so you can ask questions if so moved."
Meanwhile...
I am officially in ice world over here. Which means an ice storm came on the top of a few inches of snow, with more snow falling as we speak. It's lovely to look at but I'm not planning on going out into it. Which works out well, since I am (as usual) seriously behind the 8 Ball, deadline-wise. (Have you ever known me to be way ahead of schedule with a deadline? No.) However, I now have 3 and half uninterrupted days set aside to get this story done and off to the editor. Plenty of time to not only write up a storm, but also to do what I do best: sit at the computer and stare into space for hours waiting on that tempestuous muse to put in an appearance. I had a brief talk with it this morning, before I'd even turned on a light. I stood in my jammies in my dark bedroom and said, "You need to show up now, buddy; today. This has gone on long enough."
Not that the muse has been completely idle, or anything. I mean, I have a few thousand words already. It's just that I need the other few thousand words to show up and I need them pronto!
