Some updates
I know you're getting tired of hearing this, but: sorry for the delay in getting here. I have been once again in that whirlwind of writing, running errands, doing the ever popular chores, entertaining visiting relatives in my free moments and, the all important: sitting and staring into space! (What writer worth his or her salt doesn't just sit and stare into space?)
Okay. Since I was in Philadelphia at the COPA trial last Halloween, this was officially my first Halloween in the new house and I was eagerly anticipating many trick-or-treaters, so I bought a ton -- a TON -- of candy and got not a single trick-or-treater. I live on a very busy street which I'm guessing has a lot to do with it (my being generally regarded as "a pornographer" I think has nothing to do with it -- yet, anyway). But now I have this ton o'candy and I'm not sure what the heck to do with it. God knows, I can't eat it (or I should say, I "shouldn't" eat it because I am certainly perfectly capable of eating it), yet who wants a ton of candy the day after Halloween? Everyone is so sick of it by now... except perhaps junkies but I'm not sure where the junkies hangout here in Happyland, Ohio.
Well, I am behind in news from others, as well, around here. So here goes that:
Out in Hawaii, Bill Brent's LitBoy blog has updated. You can read it here.
In Paris, Gala Fur's web site has updated. You can read it here.
In L.A., Henry Rollins has a cool new video going on in clips on his web site. It's called "Battling Tops: Dismantling Henry Rollins". You can watch it here. (I am a Henry Rollins fan and am assuming you are totally cool and are one, too!)
In NYC, Iris N. Schwartz has two items of news:
And also in NYC, and in a 'round about way, about moi, but not really including moi:
On December 8th at Rapture, there will be a reading from my anthology Entangled Lives: Memoirs of 7 Top Erotica Writers. I will keep you posted on the details as they are made available!
Okay, gang, that's it for today!! Thanks for visiting!
