The Brooklyn Book Festival is a vibrant celebration of books and authors to be held in Downtown Brooklyn on Sunday, September 16, 2007, around Brooklyn Borough Hall. Admission is free and open to the general public.

Following last year’s highly successful event, the 2007 Brooklyn Book Festival will again unite a vast community of authors, book lovers, bookstores, literary organizations, and publishers in celebration of Brooklyn’s dynamic literary scene. This exciting, multicultural event seeks to inspire readers, spark a passion for literature among new readers, increase exposure for Brooklyn’s many authors, and promote Brooklyn’s cutting-edge cultural scene to New York City visitors and residents. The festival will include outdoor exhibitors featuring publishers, bookstores, literary organizations and more from all around the country.
