What is it about Sundays and Mexico around here? I have no idea, but yesterday evening, after spending a beautiful sunny Mother's Day with Mom, I had some red wine (shocker! when do I not have red wine?) and re-watched :



I really love this movie. Although it always seems like I'm drunk when I'm watching it, so who knows if it's actually any good... (I am so just kidding!) It is so passionate and colorful and inspiring, isn't it? And of course it makes my own life feel a lot quieter and more managable than it often seems.

Today we are getting back in the saddle and hopefully making some much needed progress on the new novel. On that happy note, I will get started around here. Thanks for visiting, folks!
