part of the good news is that there is no bad news whatsoever. The other part of the good news is, that flurry of writing that rained down on me toward the end of last week continued all through the weekend and I finished my proposal for the new book, finally! Yay!

Of course, now I just have to write the rest of the book while the proposal makes the rounds. A thing Mike always seems to forget; he confuses a completed 3 chapter-partial proposal with the completing of an actual book. He came downstairs to the family room yesterday, where I was working, and he said happily, "I can't believe you finished yournew novel!" Then he picked up the stack of 60 pages that was sitting on the table next to me and said, "Is this all there is?"
   
Oh well... onward!
